Wow…did you love all that hype?  You are standing on your toes, you are salivating at the mere thought that the answer you have been looking for is about to be handed to you?  It’s tough to be in that position (I have been there).  It’s even better once you have climbed over the fence to where the grass is greener.  How would you like to be standing where the grass is green?  Would you climb back over that fence?  Of course not.  You like green grass.  So…let’s climb over that fence, take off our shoes and walk through that lucious green grass together, in our bare feet!

Here is what you need in order to succeed online..

FIRST THINGS FIRST:
First, you need some basic knowledge.  Without knowledge, you won’t know what to do.  How could you ever solve any problem without first gaining the knowledge needed to advance forward?  If you don’t know which way is west, getting to the west coast would be a huge challenge.  But where do you get that knowledge?

If you go to the web searching for this knowledge, you will find lots and lots and lots of people willing to sell the lastest, greatest, newest programs about how to make tons and gobs of money on the web.  I’ve been there, I’ve bought from them.  They all tell you that you need to go west in order to get to the west coast, but yet they don’t tell you which way is west.  Do you get the picture?  So you buy their product, you learn just enough to make you want to learn more, so you go searching for more information, and once again, you buy the next great big bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy that you find.

Welcome to marketing tricks 101.  Their fancy words are like mashed potatoes and gravy, you can taste the joy the moment you read the words, and you know that once you have it on your plate, it will taste awesome.  So you buy again.  But very quickly you realize that you have bought instant mashed potatoes, not the real thing that you were salivating for.  So you return again, and again, and again… until you finally realize that it is all a gimmick and you just give up.  I have read this same story again, and again, and again from people like yourself.  Let’s not travel down that road.  I’ve been there, and I don’t want their instant mashed potatoes, and neither do you.

THE SECOND STEP

Let’s skip forward for a moment, and discuss the second thing you need to succeed online.  We know that you need knowledge, but what else do you need?  Once you have the knowledge, the next thing you need are the tools that will help you to put that knowledge to work.  Perhaps you don’t have enough knowledge yet to know what tools you need, so let’s discuss that now.

You need a website.  In order to have that, you must find a hosting company to host your website.  Once you have researched and decided on a hosting company, you will need to sign up and then choose a name for your website (and there are some tricks you need to know about choosing a name).  Then you need to build a basic website, and once that is set up, you will need to write your website.  You also need something to sell. Not to worry, there are tons of things you can sell on the web, it is known as Affiliate Marketing.  Walmart sells tons of products that aren’t their’s, and you will use similar strategies that will be taught to you.  You will also need to know which tools best help you sell to people, tools like an autoresponder, which helps you gather names and email addresses (the real money is in the list you build…more on this later), and you will want to add video and/or audio to your website.  Oh boy…I just scared you off.  Suddenly you are starting to see that you have attempted to eat a bowl of mashed potatoes big enough for a football team.  Whoa…don’t leave yet…the bowl really isn’t that big.

Most people have to get all of this information, and all of these tools from varios different companies, and from various different people and they will spend quite a bit of money to acquire these things.  How would you like to get all of this from one source?  How would you like to be able to quickly and easily be taught by simple basic video “how-to” instruction  how to do these things step by step, without having to spend next years salary, and months of studying until your hair turns gray?
